They first started selling Pear Cider at the Glastonbury Festival in 1995 near what was then called the Jazz World Stage. Over the years, festival goers kept asking if it. The idea was to create the best-tasting fruit cider you will ever pour down your throat packed in a Swedish, unique and modern brand. The result is älska, a natural and vegan-friendly cider. älska is all about pure love and top quality.
Badger
Badger Ale is certainly unique, but this doesn’t happen by chance. There are many things that make their beers so tasty and different. The process of brewing beer hasn’t changed much since they started back in 1777. And neither has their unique approach to crafting characterful beer. But their equipment most certainly has. MIL Gin
Míl Gin kicked off the summer with Mediterranean flair in the the beautiful surroundings of House, Leeson Street. Míl Gin is the brand new Irish pot still gin packed with a Spanish punch. This full flavoured gin is produced in small batches and distilled with beautifully paired flavours of basil, almond, bergamot, gooseberry, juniper, rosemary, olives and thyme. This stunning gin is making a name for itself on the international market with launches planned worldwide in the coming months. Offering up flavours of the Mediterranean and fragrant botanicals, this is a must try for all gin lovers.
Grey Goose
Grey Goose is a brand of vodka produced in France. It was created in the 1990s by Sidney Frank, who sold it in 2004 to Bacardi. The Maître de Chais for Grey Goose is François Thibault, who developed the original recipe for the vodka in Cognac, France. Grey Goose was created by Sidney Frank Importing Co (SFIC). Sidney Frank, founder/CEO of the company, developed the idea in the summer of 1997. The idea for Grey Goose was to develop a luxury vodka for the American marketplace. SFIC partnered with cognac producer François Thibault (a French Maître de Chai, or, Cellar Master) in France in order to transition his skills from cognac to vodka production.

Although many of the best cocktails are whipped up by bartenders on the spot, some can be taken on-the-go or enjoyed at home in bottles and cans. Born out of the Pearse Lyons Distillery in Dublin but produced at their brewery in Dundalk, comes the Míl Spritz. Made with the very Mediterranean flavoured Míl gin and mixed with their own custom made tonic water, this is a very refreshing 250 ml can. Lots of fizz and summertime botanicals with just the right amount of bitter and sweetness.
Gin Tonic
If there are two words put together we like the sound of better than gin and tonic, it must be gin and trolley. The influential hotchpotch that is The Cinnamon Club adds to its fantastic food offering with some of the best G&Ts in town. The trolley is wheeled around the restaurant by the expert bartenders, who will be creating your gin and tonic tableside, leaving you free to select your own tonic and garnishes.
