Gin can be enjoyed on the rocks or straight, and is most commonly mixed with tonic water, soda water, or ginger ale. Shenzhen British Overseas Export ( BOE ) Imported Food Co. Ltd was founded in 2016, one of the distributor of imported British craft beer, high quality cider, and draft beer in China.
A gin using eight botanicals including citrus peel, juniper, coriander and liquorice. Distilled to 38.6% in homage to Prof. Mendeleev, father of chemistry, who recommended to the Tsar that alcohol and water molecules combine perfectly at 38.6% ABV.
Tasting note: Complex, peppery whiffs are initially piney, developing lemon oil and cream, sap, dried flowers and fresh herbs. Medium bodied with vibrant, citrus forward flavours of orange / lemon peel, light juniper and a fruity, peppery finish. A leaner, elegant style with decent spice.
