只送香港境內地址。運費於結帳時自動計算並顯示。
送達時間
- 以 FPS 轉數快／銀行轉帳付款的訂單，款項確認後出貨，通常為同一個工作天；信用卡、支付寶及微信支付即時確認。
- 市區一般於出貨後 2–4 個工作天送達；偏遠地區及離島需額外 1–3 個工作天。
- BOE 於香港、中國及馬來西亞設有多個倉庫，同一訂單內的產品或會分批送達。每件產品頁面均列明預計送達時間。
自取
可選擇於 葵涌倉 自取，免運費：逢星期二、三、五 11:00–13:00 及 16:00–18:00。付款後我們會以 WhatsApp 確認取貨時間及地址。
酒類產品
根據《應課稅品（酒類）規例》，不得在業務過程中向未滿 18 歲人士售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。購買酒類前客戶須聲明已年滿 18 歲；送貨時司機或會要求出示身份證明文件，未能證明者將不獲派送。

We deliver within Hong Kong only. The fee is calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery time
- Orders paid by FPS or bank transfer are dispatched once the payment is confirmed, usually the same working day. Card, Alipay and WeChat Pay are confirmed instantly.
- Urban addresses: 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote areas and outlying islands: 1–3 extra working days.
- BOE operates several warehouses in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia, so items in one order may arrive separately. Each product page shows its expected delivery time.
Collection
Free collection from our Kwai Chung warehouse: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:00–13:00 and 16:00–18:00. After payment we confirm the time and address by WhatsApp.
Alcohol
Under the Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulations it is an offence to sell or supply intoxicating liquor to anyone under 18 in the course of business. Customers must declare they are 18 or over before buying alcohol, and our driver may ask for identification on delivery. We cannot hand over alcohol without it.
