The bumbleus bedrock and the alternation of hot days and cold nights give the wine an extraordinary character that beautifully captures the terroir area. Individual varieties are fermented separately, and only at the subsequent coupe is Fumu put in high-volume vinifators, where they stay for another 6-8 months. The wine has a distinctive character, a beautiful rich purple color. In the smell you will feel a certain animality, smoke and dark forest fruits. In the mouth, it is a very fleshy wine, complex with a long aftergest, in which you can recognize dried plums and dark forest fruits with fine and rounded tannins and great minerality.
